CVS Health is hiring a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of assigned products across West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast regions.

The role bridges product strategy and field execution, ensuring offerings are positioned, understood, and adopted. You will equip regional sales teams and brokers with value propositions, support training and market-facing materials, and translate complex product features into client-focused benefits.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related market-facing roles.
Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and market execution.
Strong understanding of payor-focused healthcare products and related markets.
Experience partnering with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication skills for external client and broker discussions.
Ability to translate product direction into commercially relevant messaging and sales execution.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and buy-up within existing customers.
Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop growth plans.
Provide sales training, messaging, and materials to brokers and consultants.
Translate product features into client-relevant benefits and support deal progression.
Track KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Contribute to business cases, product enhancements, and market expansion strategies.
