Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, commercial product roles, sales enablement, business development, account growth, or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning, sales strategy, market execution, or expansion within existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, or related commercial market segments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Growth (New + Buy-Up Sales) and own sales performance for assigned products.
• Enable Regional Sales & Distribution with clear value propositions and client-ready messaging.
• Market & Customer Insights to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Performance & Growth Management by tracking KPIs and reporting to leadership.
• Business Case & Strategy Input for market expansion and product roadmap prioritization.
