Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related market-facing roles
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and market execution
• Strong understanding of payor-focused products and healthcare solutions
• Experience partnering with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and broker discussions
• Ability to translate product direction into sales messaging and execution
• Strong organizational judgment and prioritization in high-visibility work
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of assigned products through new logo sales and upsell within existing customers
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop sales strategies
• Equip sales teams with clear value propositions and client-ready messaging
• Deliver sales training and product education sessions
• Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits
• Provide market insights to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging
• Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth and adoption
