Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Experience with microelectronic assembly processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead process and product development for production programs and developmental efforts.
• Collaborate with process engineering and other disciplines to produce microelectronics.
• Oversee assembly methods, material selection, and process development for current and next-gen technologies.
• Interface with Quality, Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Support on-call and onsite production in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
