Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply SPC techniques and root-cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve yields.
• Own assembly methods, materials selection, and process development for current and next-gen technologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Support on-call and on-site production as needed.
• Support manufacturing in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
