Qualifications

• STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience designing and integrating RF systems or subsystems.
• Experience with bid solicitation and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience managing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions for complex problems.
• Follow established procedures with leadership to meet goals.
• Meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
• Direct suppliers and coordinate production schedules.
• Bid solicitation, contract negotiations, production support, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with international suppliers when applicable.
• Work with Raytheon factories to ensure timely material delivery.
