Job summary

You will work with senior engineers, contribute to patents and innovations, and support both cleanroom and non-cleanroom manufacturing environments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with microelectronic and circuit card assembly processes preferred.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-833, MIL-PRF-38543, J-STD-001, IPC, and JEDEC standards.
• Ability to translate engineering drawings into clear factory instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical process control to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve yields.
• Oversee assembly methods, material selection, and development for current and next-gen tech.
• Evaluate materials, equipment, and processes and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Support on-call and on-site production and manufacturing activities in cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings.
