• 5 years' electromechanical design experience.
• Experience with high-speed cable assemblies or connector design preferred.
• Knowledge of signal integrity due to high-speed applications.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and FEA tools (ANSYS).

Responsibilities

• Perform design, verification, and qualification of High Speed IO products for 112Gb signaling and beyond.
• Lead design reviews and ensure manufacturability and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external manufacturing for production readiness.
• Define test plans for verification and product qualification.
• Collaborate with global teams and mentor junior engineers.
