Job summary

Amphenol ICC in Etters, PA, is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the design, verification, and qualification of High Speed IO products for 112Gb signaling and beyond. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure manufacturability and alignment with customer requirements.

You will collaborate with materials, manufacturing, and test labs to validate prototypes and drive successful transitions to production, with mentoring across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience; high speed cable assembly and/or connector design preferred.
• Knowledge of signal integrity performance is preferred.
• Experience with design standards is a plus.
• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for High Speed IO products up to 112Gb signaling and beyond.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams and suppliers during prototyping and pilot production.
• Define product, application, and packaging specifications and test plans.
• Mentor and interact with global associates during development.
