Qualifications

• 3+ years of IO/high-speed connector product development experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo) and ANSYS for simulations.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal management.
• Experience with stamping, plating, molding, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and qualification of high-speed IO connectors.
• Ensure system-level integration and compliance with industry standards (OSFP, QSFP-DD, PCIe).
• Define and execute testing protocols for electrical, mechanical, and environmental performance.
• Manage development projects from concept through production with cross-functional coordination.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customer engagements.
