Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with high-speed connector design or cable assemblies is preferred.
• Familiarity with signal integrity concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop IO connector systems from proposal to tooling and qualification.
• Perform Design FMEA, tolerance analysis, DFM, FEA, and risk analysis.
• Define customer needs and performance requirements in collaboration with marketing and clients.
• Coordinate with internal/external manufacturing teams to optimize production processes.
• Lead design reviews and ensure proper GD&T usage on drawings.
• Define verification plans and product qualification test plans.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
