Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive growth across Everand and Fable. You will design journeys that convert readers into subscribers, collaborating with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to run experiments and ship high-impact features.

You will lead vision and strategy across growth, owning the reins and advocating for your POV while reporting to the Director of Product Design. This role emphasizes hands-on design, strong craft, and a passion for books.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with real time spent on growth, monetization, or subscription products.
• Strong visual craft and interaction design capabilities.
• Experience shipping experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, and/or revenue.
• Ability to think in journeys, not screens, and define paths when unclear.
• Frequent use of AI to explore, prototype, and validate ideas with usability testing.

Responsabilités

• Own growth moments across onboarding, plans and pricing, referrals, and lifecycle for Everand and Fable.
• Connect Fable's community with Everand's library through design.
• Propose test ideas, partner with PM to scope experiments and define success metrics.
• Lead vision and strategy across growth and lifecycle and advocate for your POV.
