Job summary

Scribd, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Designer to drive growth for Everand and Fable, joining a design team spanning product design, research, and brand design.

You will craft the growth journey across onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to run experiments that move metrics. You will own vision and strategy across growth and lifecycle, report to the Director of Product Design, and partner with six Premium product/brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth or subscription focus.
• Strong visual craft and interaction design that delivers fast, high-quality results.
• Experience shipping experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.
• Ability to think in journeys, not screens, and define path forward when unclear.
• Daily use of AI to explore, prototype, and test ideas.
• Passion for books and understanding how readers discover, share, and stay with content.

Responsibilities

• Own growth moments across onboarding, plans, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle.
• Connect Fable's community with Everand's library through design strategies.
• Lead experiments with PMs to scope tests and define success metrics.
• Ensure design quality from concept to production and accelerate delivery.
