Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive growth across Everand and Fable, shaping the journey from curious reader to engaged member. You’ll work with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to run experiments that move real numbers and define new patterns for two brands.

You’ll lead growth initiatives, demonstrate strong visual craft, and bring a user-centered approach to subscription growth, leveraging AI tools to test and iterate before shipping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth, monetization, or subscription work.
• Strong visual craft and solid interaction design.
• Shipped experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.
• Think in journeys, not screens, and define clear paths forward.
• Use AI daily to explore, prototype, and validate ideas.
• Love reading and have opinions on how people discover and stick with books.
• Ground decisions in data, research, and customer insight.
• Bonus: motion design, mobile, or community and social products.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and lifecycle moments across onboarding, plans, referrals, and lifecycle.
• Find natural ways to connect Fable's community with Everand's library.
• Propose ideas, scope experiments, and set success metrics.
• Earn subscribers with ethical, transparent practices.
• Lead vision and strategy across growth with ownership.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
