Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive growth for Everand and Fable. You will design journeys that convert readers into subscribers and connect the two brands through thoughtful experiences, collaborating with product, research, engineering, data, and marketing to run experiments and move metrics.

You will shape vision and strategy for lifecycle growth, mentoring designers and advocating for user-centered design across the Premium products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products.
• Strong visual craft and interaction design, able to move quickly from concept to production.
• Experience shipping experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.
• Ability to design journeys, not just screens, and advocate for design decisions with data and taste.
• Daily use of AI to explore, prototype, and validate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from onboarding through lifecycle to conversion to subscribers.
• Connect Fable’s community with Everand’s library through thoughtful product flows.
• Partner with PM to scope experiments, define success metrics, and test ideas.
• Lead with a strong visual voice across two brands and create scalable design patterns.
