Job summary

Scribd, a leading digital library and reader platform, is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive growth across Everand and Fable. You will shape onboarding, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle experiences for Premium, working with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities, run experiments, and ship outcomes that move the numbers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth or subscription products.
• Strong visual craft and interaction design skills.
• Experience shipping experiments that move metrics.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across onboarding, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle.
• Lead vision and strategy for growth and lifecycle design.
• Collaborate with PMs to scope experiments and define success metrics.
• Prototype quickly, validate with usability tests, and iterate.
