Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive growth across Everand and Fable. You will shape end-to-end experiences, partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities and run experiments that move real metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with focus on growth, monetization, or subscription products.
• Strong visual craft and interaction design skills; able to move quickly from concept to polished work.
• Experience shipping experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.
• Ability to think in journeys, not screens, and define path forward when unclear.
• Experience using AI daily to explore, prototype, and validate designs.
• Passion for books and ability to connect community with reading experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the moments turning readers into subscribers across app, web, and email.
• Connect Fable's community with Everand's library.
• Scope experiments with PM and measure success.
• Earn subscribers with ethical, transparent design.
• Take ideas from concept to production-ready and maintain quality.
• Define new patterns for two brands and use AI to explore directions.
• Ground decisions in data and customer insights.
• Share work early and mentor teammates.
