Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive growth for Everand and Fable. You will design experiences across onboarding, plans, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle, partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to test and ship impact.

You will lead the growth journey, turning curious readers into engaged members and long-term subscribers, overseeing a bold vision across two brands with ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products.
• Strong visual craft and solid interaction design, able to move quickly to great solutions.
• Shipped experiments that moved conversion, activation, retention, and/or revenue with clear rationale.
• Think journeys, not screens, and define the path forward when unclear.
• Daily AI usage to explore, prototype, and validate directions with usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth moments turning readers into subscribers across app, web, and email onboarding, plans, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle.
• Find natural ways to connect Fable's community with Everand's library.
• Bring ideas for tests and partner with PM to scope experiments and set success metrics.
• Earn subscribers by delivering value with transparent, non-deceptive design.
