Job summary

Ensora Health seeks a Senior Product Designer to elevate scaleable design systems across web and mobile. You will lead the design system’s evolution, ensure parity between design and code, and work with engineering to deliver accessible, high-quality components.

You will mentor designers, drive governance, and collaborate with product managers on TheraNest initiatives, using research to inform decisions and advance healthcare UX.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or UX design experience with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to evolve design systems with components, tokens, and governance.
• Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG/ADA) and inclusive design approach.
• Experience designing for web and native mobile, plus collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and ensure consistency across responsive experiences.
• Evaluate accessibility and usability, document standards, and advocate WCAG/ADA practices.
• Mentor designers, lead governance, and translate needs into actionable work.
