Job summary

Ensora Health seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape and govern the design system across web and mobile experiences. You will own components, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and governance, while partnering with engineering to keep design and code aligned.

You will also serve as a UX partner to product management for TheraNest initiatives, applying design research to create accessible, responsive experiences and influence design at scale with hands-on product work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Degree in design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Proven design system governance and component management.
• Strong accessibility and WCAG/ADA knowledge.
• Experience designing web and native mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and governance of the design system across web and mobile.
• Own components, tokens, documentation, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure parity between design and code.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Present work to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Mentor other designers and promote design fluency.
