Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and scale its design system across web and mobile, partnering with engineering to ensure parity between design and code. The role emphasizes accessibility, documentation, and governance of a mature design system within TheraNest initiatives.

You will mentor designers, contribute to research and prototyping, and help deliver accessible, responsive experiences that meet business goals and user needs, while maintaining strong collaboration

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product/UX design experience including leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Advanced Figma skills including component design, prototyping, and token management.
• Proven experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences with attention to accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and guide teams on component behavior across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components from the start and advocate WCAG/ADA practices.
• Document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers and maintain system documentation.
