Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile products. You’ll lead the design system evolution, governance, and parity with coded components, partnering with engineering and product managers to deliver accessible, scalable interfaces.

You will mentor designers, drive usability research, and advocate for WCAG/ADA standards, while leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows and documentation across TheraNest initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX or product design experience, with design systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience evolving design systems across multiple product teams.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience with AI tools.
• Experience partnering with engineering and product managers.
• Portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components from the beginning.
• Conduct accessibility/usability testing and document WCAG/ADA expectations for designers and engineers.
• Maintain design system documentation and usage guidance.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, and critiques.
• Communicate updates and support adoption across teams.
• Translate needs into actionable backlog items with product owners.
• Collaborate with product managers for TheraNest initiatives.
• Design user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and metrics.
• Create artifacts: wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specifications.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Synthesize findings into product decisions and communicate results.
