Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution and governance of our design system across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, while guiding accessibility from the ground up and driving AI-ready documentation and tooling.

You will mentor designers and collaborate with product managers on TheraNest initiatives, shaping user-centered experiences that align with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and evolving a design system with components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and inclusive design.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills for components, prototyping, tokens, and parity with code.
• Experience partnering with engineering on a coded component library and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Online portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve its components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality‑assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the start.
• Evaluate and test design solutions for accessibility and usability, advocate WCAG/ADA.
• Maintain design system documentation with usage guidance and implementation considerations.
• Support the system’s AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, demos, critiques, and rituals.
• Communicate updates, gather feedback, and support adoption across teams.
• Translate user and product needs into clear backlog items with product owner.
• Mentor designers and raise design craft and system fluency.
