Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of the design system across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with engineering to keep design and coded components aligned while advancing accessibility, documentation, and governance.

This role also partners with TheraNest product initiatives to deliver accessible, responsive experiences. You will mentor peers, drive user research, and produce comprehensive design artifacts to meet business goals and user needs at

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Experience evolving design systems with components, tokens, docs, governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Advocate for accessible design per WCAG/ADA standards.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Collaborative work with product managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, QA, and release updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code, ensuring consistent component behavior.
• Evaluate accessibility/usability, document accessibility expectations.
• Maintain design system documentation, including usage, specs, and guidance.
• Support AI readiness through tokens, guidance, and documentation.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, demos, critiques, and governance.
• Review requests, balance consistency with product needs.
• Translate user/product/technical needs into actionable work with PMs.
• Partner with PMs as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
• Produce design artifacts: concepts, wireframes, flows, mockups, prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Present work to teams and stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Use approved AI tools to improve design/research/documentation workflows.
• Mentor designers and raise design fluency across the team.
