Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the evolution and adoption of our design system across web and mobile ecosystems. You will partner with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, ensure accessibility, and document governance for scalable UX across TheraNest initiatives.

You will lead design system governance, mentor designers, and collaborate with product managers to deliver user-centered, accessible experiences that align with business goals and metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and high design quality.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences; AI tools in design and research
• Experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams in iterative cycles; ability to translate needs into actionable work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, QA, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources; ensure consistent behavior across responsive experiences.
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers.
• Maintain design system documentation, usage guidance, responsive behaviors, specs, and implementation considerations.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and workflows.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, demonstrations, and governance.
• Translate user, product, design, and technical needs into clear, actionable backlog items.
