Job summary

Gen is seeking a Sr Product Designer for AI & Innovation to own end-to-end product design across the AI Foundry portfolio. You will craft AI agent experiences, shape onboarding flows, and ensure consistency with the Oxygen design system while partnering with product, engineering, and marketing to push ideas from concept to real customers.

You’ll work on multi-product initiatives, balancing shipped features with new concepts, and iterate quickly using experiments and user feedback to improve user

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/UX design, preferably consumer apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited design support.
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for multiple zero-to-one initiatives across the AI Foundry portfolio.
• Design AI agent experiences, including conversations, onboarding, and trust moments.
• Develop a shared design language so patterns scale across products.
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts with low-fidelity concepts and live experiments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into polished designs.
• Support go-to-market design deliverables like in-product messaging and onboarding.
• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate velocity and iterations.
• Maintain Oxygen design system consistency while extending patterns for AI interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with diverse consumer audiences.
• Present work and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
