Job summary

Gen's AI Foundry team seeks a Sr Product Designer to own end-to-end design across multiple AI-driven consumer products. You’ll shape conversations, onboarding, and trust moments for agentic experiences, moving from vague ideas to production-ready interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to craft a cohesive design language aligned with the Oxygen system, conduct user research, and iterate quickly based on feedback across families and real users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product/UX design experience, including consumer-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end product design for multiple zero to one initiatives, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Design core AI agent experiences, including conversational flows, onboarding, and trust moments where an agent acts on a user’s behalf.
• Build and evolve a shared design language for Gen's agentic products.
• Move quickly from ambiguity to testable concepts using prototypes and experiments.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into polished designs.
• Collaborate on go-to-market design deliverables such as in-product messaging and onboarding for launches.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate velocity and iterate rapidly.
• Maintain consistency with Oxygen design system while extending patterns for AI-first interactions.
• Conduct or partner on user research and usability testing across audiences, including families.
• Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterations.
