Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking a Sr Product Designer to join AI Foundry and lead end-to-end design for multiple zero-to-one AI initiatives. You’ll move between shipped products and first-shape concepts, partnering with product, engineering and marketing to craft experiences for consumer AI agents.

You have 5+ years in product/UX design, a strong portfolio of mobile/web work, and comfort shaping patterns within the Oxygen design system. AI tool fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in product/UX design, ideally consumer apps; AI-powered experiences a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for multiple zero-to-one initiatives across the AI Foundry portfolio.
• Design AI agent experiences, including conversational flows, onboarding, and trust/permission moments.
• Build and evolve a shared design language for Gen's agentic products across patterns.
• Move quickly from ambiguity to testable concepts using prototypes and live experiments.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into polished designs.
• Partner on go-to-market design deliverables such as in-product messaging, store placements, and onboarding for launches.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate velocity and iterate on flows and prototypes.
• Maintain consistency with Oxygen design system while extending patterns for AI-first interactions.
• Conduct or partner on user research and usability testing across families.
• Present design work and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
