Intapp is seeking a Product Delivery Leader to own the delivery P&L and ensure enterprise software engagements meet revenue, margin, and client outcome targets. You will lead staffing, capacity planning, and risk mitigation across a portfolio of complex engagements, while driving quality, predictable execution, and strong talent development.

You will partner with Sales and Engineering to balance commercial objectives with delivery excellence, maintaining high standards and actionable improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology solutions to clients
• 5-8 years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Ownership of a services P&L or product-line financials
• Track record of building estimation models and reusable accelerators
• Experience remediating at-risk engagements and leading recovery with clients
• Commercial acumen across services scoping, pricing, and SOW authoring
• Experience serving professional firms in regulated industries and knowledge of enterprise SaaS implementations
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client and prospect meetings

Responsabilités

• Own the Product Delivery P&L and translate targets into staffing, pricing, and capacity decisions
• Protect margin by addressing concessions, rework, and leakage and monitor delivery health
• Ensure engagements have appropriate skills, experience, and capacity and adjust staffing as needed
• Lead a high-performing team with clear expectations for quality and accountability
• Hold delivery teams accountable to the integrated project plan and manage risks
• Develop estimation models and implement quality review gates, reusable accelerators
• Engage with Sales early on strategic opportunities to align on requirements and commitments
