You will manage staffing, pricing, capacity planning, and risk to protect margins while aligning delivery with committed work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology solutions to clients.
• 5-8 years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience leading a professional services delivery organization.
• Ownership of a services P&L with margin and revenue forecasting.
• Track record of building estimation models and reusable accelerators.
• Experience remediating at-risk engagements and leading recovery.
• Commercial acumen across services scoping, pricing, and SOW.
• Experience serving professional firms in regulated industries and knowledge of enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Delivery P&L and translate targets into staffing and capacity decisions.
• Protect margin and anticipate delivery risk by addressing concessions, rework, and leakage.
• Ensure engagements have the right skills, experience, seniority, architecture support, and capacity, adjusting staffing as needed.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear expectations for quality, timeliness, and accountability.
• Hold delivery teams to the integrated project plan and manage risks before delays.
• Strengthen delivery expertise by owning estimation models and quality review gates.
• Be a trusted delivery partner to Sales by aligning on requirements, risk, and expertise.
