Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Product Delivery Leader to own the business performance, client outcomes, and delivery excellence across engagements. You will ensure the right capabilities and capacity exist before committed work, and you will be the central driver of margin, staffing, and delivery health for complex client engagements with financial accountability.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales on complex opportunities, and build scalable processes and accelerators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology solutions to clients.
• 5-8 years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience leading a professional services delivery organization with managers.
• Ownership of services P&L or product-line financials with margins and revenue forecasting.
• Proven track record building estimation models and reusable accelerators.
• Experience remediating at-risk engagements and leading client recovery.
• Commercial acumen across services scoping, pricing, and SOA authoring.
• Experience serving professional firms in regulated industries and enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Delivery P&L, translating revenue, margin, and utilization targets into staffing and capacity decisions.
• Protect margin and address delivery risks by managing estimation, staffing, quality, and execution.
• Ensure engagements have the right skills, experience, and leadership for their complexity.
• Lead a high-performing team, setting expectations for quality, timeliness, and accountability.
• Hold delivery teams to the integrated project plan and manage risk before delays.
• Strengthen delivery expertise by owning estimation models, gates, and reusable accelerators.
• Be a trusted delivery partner to Sales, aligning on requirements and commitments.
