Intapp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will drive successful delivery of client-facing projects, keeping engagements on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, document milestones, and hand off final deliverables to operations, while growing your leadership and client-management skills in a collaborative, modern work environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in a Project/Engagement Manager role, preferably with enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree and commitment to PM career growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead large, diverse virtual teams under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and project management practices/tools.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in legal, financial, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep client-facing projects on track, on schedule, within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Track budget performance, expenditures, procurement; report blockers and deficits.
• Track scope and schedule; report changes and risks; suggest mitigations.
• Escalate projects to management and stakeholders; maintain project pipeline.
• Create and maintain project documentation and close out with deliverables passed to operations.
