Intapp is seeking a Delivery Manager to own the execution and quality of a portfolio of client implementations. You will lead a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants, guiding their development and performance, and surfacing risks with weekly check-ins.

You will partner with peers across Client Success, Technical Services, and Sales to ensure a superior client experience, while coordinating with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to support hiring and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting/professional services experience.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery quality of client implementations and manage staffing, forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
• Direct and mentor Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants; conduct weekly check-ins and manage performance.
• Provide regular reporting on accounts, financial metrics, escalations, and personnel; maintain data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes and drive process improvements.
