PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analyses that influence recommendations and initiatives.

You will perform data-driven analysis, document processes, and support filings while managing small to mid-size projects. The role emphasizes agile collaboration, compliance, and a commitment to PEMCO's mission to Worry Less and Live More.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server is required.
• Highly analytical with ability to unite disparate data for insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in professional language.
• Data-driven with strong root cause analysis and clear metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate product performance and identify trends.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to short- and long-term strategies for profitable growth using data.
• Compile and submit materials for rate and form filings.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Demonstrate alignment with PEMCO policies and ethics.
• Support PEMCO Brand and assist in talent discovery.
