Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries to analyze data, identify trends, and support recommendations for profitable growth. This role collaborates on rate and form filings, builds analytics tools, and helps drive strategic initiatives in a national footprint.

You bring a BA/BS in a quantitative field, 1 year in P&C insurance, 3+ years analytical experience, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, strong communication, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, math, or a quantitative field.
• Minimum 1 year in property and casualty insurance.
• At least 3 years in analytical roles pricing insurance products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and data visualization tools.
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analyses to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Document workflows and business processes.
• Support rate and form filings with data-driven insights.
• Develop tools to improve metrics analysis.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects.
• Query databases for scheduled and ad hoc reports.
