Verily Health is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to own the design, administration, and compliance of health and welfare plans and the 401(k) program. This role is an individual contributor with deep technical expertise, responsible for managing vendors and coordinating open enrollment.

You will ensure ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and Form 5500 compliance while driving cost optimization and education for employees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience leading the annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Hands-on compliance experience with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and 401(k) plan requirements.
• Experience utilizing HRIS and benefits administration software platforms.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day administration for health, welfare, and 401(k) plans, serving as the primary escalation point for complex claims, eligibility, and plan interpretation issues.
• Lead the end-to-end annual open enrollment process, from plan changes and carrier negotiations through system configuration, communications, and reconciliation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all benefit offerings, managing ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and plan disclosures.
• Manage relationships and service-level agreements with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and the 401(k) recordkeeper, leading vendor evaluations and renewals.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices, analyze plan performance and utilization reporting, and deliver educational communications to support employees and budgeting decisions.
