Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, improving performance and supporting PEMCO's product initiatives. You will partner with Product Managers and the Actuarial team to develop analytical strategies and drive value.

You’ll build queries and dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and contribute to rate filings and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, IT, mathematics or a quantitative field is required.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools for analyzing product success and data strategy.
• Communicate analysis to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
