Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to lead complex quantitative analyses of property and casualty products, shaping product strategy with data-driven insights. You will guide development, collaborate with Product and Actuarial teams, and mentor junior analysts to advance PEMCO's data capabilities.

You will manage cross-functional projects, develop scalable data workflows, and present findings to executives, contributing to PEMCO's mission to deliver exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate analytical roles with increasing scale and complexity in pricing insurance products (or similar)
• Experience in integrating, managing, and manipulating large data files from various systems
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to evaluate product performance and health of the business
• Represent Product in cross-functional projects and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and document analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team
• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects independently
• Mentor less experienced analysts and share best practices
