Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, improving performance and supporting PEMCO’s initiatives. You’ll plan large projects, document workflows, and partner with Product Managers and Actuarial to develop analytical strategies.

Responsibilities include identifying data improvements, compiling materials for rate filings, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, business, IT, mathematics, or quantitative field.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing insurance products or similar; handling large data sets.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities for executives.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and data modeling is required.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Document complex workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team.
• Identify data strategy and warehousing improvements; advise on data fields and calculations.
• Prepare materials for rate filings and present insights to stakeholders.
