Job summary

PEMCO, a mutual insurance company, seeks a Senior Product Analyst to perform complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives.

You will plan large-scale projects, develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and the Actuarial team, and create dashboards and rate filing materials. This role requires 3+ years in P&C and 6+ years in analytics, with strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, IT, math or related quantitative field required.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in P&C insurance industry required.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing experience and large data handling.
• Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support.
• Document complex workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success.
• Assist in rate filings and communicate analysis to stakeholders.
• Build efficiencies in data strategy and warehousing.
