Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives. You will partner with Product Managers and Actuarial teams to develop analytical strategies, create dashboards, and deliver insights that drive pricing and product decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years in property and casualty insurance
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing experience
• Proficiency with SQL queries and data manipulation
• Strong data visualization and communication with stakeholders
• Highly analytical with experience building scalable data models
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support.
• Document complex system workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Actuarial teams on analytical strategies.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product performance.
• Prepare materials for rate filings and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data strategy and warehousing.
