PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to perform complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products to drive performance improvements and support PEMCO's initiatives. This senior role shapes product strategy through data-driven insights and guides product development with analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent in quantitative field required.
• Graduate or professional degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate analytical roles with pricing insurance products.
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data files from various sources.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• SQL proficiency and data visualization required.
• Strong communication skills in technical and non-technical language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products.
• Shape Product strategy through analysis and insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects and represent Product in data strategy.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and share best practices.
• Develop and implement analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team.
• Create and communicate data workflows and model methodologies.
