Aspire General Insurance Company is seeking a Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst to turn data into strategic product decisions. This fully remote role collaborates with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, BI, and IT to drive profitability and growth.

You will analyze pricing, underwriting, and performance data; build reports, dashboards, and analytical models; monitor product performance; and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Experience working for an insurance carrier, MGA, or insurance organization.
• Product analytics, business analytics, pricing analysis, underwriting analytics, or similar analytical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to various audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze product, pricing, underwriting, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and customer outcomes.
• Conduct data mining, root cause analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry developments.
• Support product enhancement initiatives and collaborate across Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, IT, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Assist with rate, rule, and form filing analysis and implementation.
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts related to product changes.
• Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support business initiatives that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
