Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence for a remote role supporting personal lines auto and property products. You will partner with Digital Experience, clinicalize data insights, and drive profitable growth through data-driven decisions.

You will leverage SQL, Excel, Power BI and Snowflake to analyze large datasets, build scalable analytics, and present clear, compelling insights to leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; experience across multiple functions is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools; Snowflake, Python or R preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance and strategic insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI to access and analyze large data sets.
• Develop business cases by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Prepare presentations tailored to diverse audiences including leadership and partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale analytics through tooling and governance.
