Aspire General Insurance is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Scientist to join our Analytics team. You will leverage data to solve complex business challenges, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

You will design dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, partner with underwriting, product, marketing, and operations, and translate findings into business-friendly recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
• 4+ years in data science, analytics or related role.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance data such as quotes, policies, claims, or customer data is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop, test and support predictive models for pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI or Tableau; define metrics with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, marketing, and operations to scope and run analytics projects.
