Job summary

PEMCO in Seattle, WA seeks a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries to deliver data-driven insights that support profitability and growth. You will perform semi-complex analyses, document workflows, and manage small to mid-scale projects while translating data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience in business, economics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong Excel/Office proficiency required.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis to support product initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations (compliance).

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and identify trends and issues to drive improvements.
• Document workflows and business processes for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries on data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare materials for rate and form filings and support project delivery.
• Develop scalable data models and integrate data with external vendors as needed.
