Job summary

PEMCO seeks a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analyses and data-driven recommendations to support PEMCO's initiatives and profitable growth.

You will document workflows, build reporting tools, manage projects, and query databases to produce scheduled and ad hoc reports. Strong SQL and data visualization skills are required; remote work with occasional travel to Seattle is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 3+ years analytical experience pricing insurance products.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server.
• Ability to translate data into insights and communicate clearly.
• Data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
