You will procure compliant carriers, analyze market conditions, and align capacity with surge needs while collaborating with Business Development, Tracking, and Client Success teams to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in carrier brokerage, including 3+ years in produce & floral.
• Familiar with FSMA, STF and PACA regulatory requirements.
• High energy and strong work ethic with continuous improvement mindset.
• Commitment to best-in-class service for carriers and customers.
• Proven ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset for complex logistics challenges.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners for Arrive Fresh produce customers.
• Procure freight carriers that meet all compliance requirements.
• Develop long-standing partnerships and analyze market conditions.
• Align capacity through surge/peak seasons to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Tracking, Client Success) to resolve daily issues.
