Job summary

Arrive Fresh, part of Arrive Logistics, is expanding in Austin, TX, seeking a Senior Carrier Account Representative to develop and manage produce carrier relationships. You will recruit and manage carriers to meet perishable customer needs with strong compliance and service.

You will partner with Business Development, Tracking, and Client Success to resolve daily issues, analyze market conditions, and ensure reliable capacity during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience in carrier brokerage; including 3+ yrs in produce & floral.
• Familiarity with FSMA, STF, and PACA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service our produce customers’ needs.
• Procure freight carriers that meet compliance requirements and service standards.
• Analyze market conditions and carrier availability; align capacity during surge/peak seasons.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Tracking, Client Success) to resolve daily issues.

Who We Want

As the first dedicated Senior Carrier Account Representative for Arrive Fresh, you will play a pivotal role in growing our produce capacity from the ground up. We are seeking an individual with a deep background in developing and managing produce/perishable carrier relationships.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Carrier Account Representative for Arrive Fresh, your key responsibilities are establishing and growing relationships with carrier partners to service our produce customers' needs while providing best-in-class compliance and service. This includes, but is not limited to, procurement of freight carriers that meet all compliance requirements, developing deep long-standing partnerships, analyze market conditions & carrier availability, aligning capacity through surge/peak season to ensure all customers demand is met, build strong relationships internal with both our Business Development, Tracking and Client Success teams, utilize your industry knowledge and expertise to efficiently resolve daily issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience in carrier brokerage; including 3+ yrs in produce & floral
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance set forth by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Sanitary Transportation of Food (STF), and Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA)
• High energy with strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement
• A passion for the relentless delivery of best-in-class service to our carriers and customers
• Proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly
• Someone who views each complex issue they face as an opportunity to amplify Arrive and their own value – ready to solve a problem and not dwell on it!
