• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and develop relationships in CRM or via research.
• Develop carrier partnerships and secure capacity for loads.
• Analyze market conditions to match carriers to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Arrive's tracking team to provide elite service.
• Maintain outstanding service performance and update tracking boards.
• Identify opportunities to use committed capacity and grow business.
• Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team.
• Resolve issues quickly using industry knowledge.
